Spanish desk chair designed by Borge Morgensen in a limited edition deep red saddle leather and solid oak issued in 2020 by the Danish company Fredericia. Featuring the signature buckles, that can be tightened as the saddle-stitched leather expands, the Italian saddle leather is in a deep burgundy contrasting beautifully with the light oak in soap finish.

Created by Morgensen after travels to Spain, ‘The Spanish Chair’ has been manufactured since 1958. Børge Mogensen (1914-1972) was one of the most influential designers shaping Modern Danish design and Fredericia’s founding designer. In his quest to create everyday objects that would endure for generations, Borgensen created furniture with ansense of tranquillity and modest appearance and masterful sense of materials and proportions.
