Can I modify my order after it's been placed?

Would it be possible to obtain an item on a test- or trial basis?
Upon your request, we will try to arrange for a test placement within the Tri-State area, where the selected items and/or accessories will be expertly positioned within the confines of your personal space, affording you a glimpse of their potential aesthetic impact in their intended context. After you agree to keep the items please note that all sales are final and we cannot accommodate a return or refund.
What are the accepted methods of payment?
We currently only accept wire transfer - once you inquire to proceed with the transaction we will send you our wire instructions. Please note that items can only ship out or delivered once the wire been received.
How Do you Ship?
We use FedEx, UPS and USPS for small accessories and ship within 2-3 business days. For furniture items Maison Du Lab will help you find the best shipping services as well as White Glove service if requested. Please note that furniture freight shipping is coordinated with a 3rd party transportation companies to deliver nationwide. The buyer is required to set it up with a shipper and have someone at the premise to receive, inspect & sign off on the furniture goods upon delivery.
