Original pair of Etcetera high back armchairs attributed to Jan Ekselius with his signature curved seat and made of bent steel and jute fabric. Newly re-upholstered in a Amber Color Cotton Linen Fabric by Dedar Italy.
The Etcetera chair became a design icon shortly after it was launched by Jan Ekselius in 1970 and it has kept its status since.The chair was born while the Swedish furniture designer Jan Ekselius was attending the Royal College of Art in London, and the Etcetera was a budding prototype that ended up as one of his degree projects. Not only is this collection extremely rare but what makes our items on offer even rarer, is the original good condition. Featured in the book ….. as well as many important museums including the MOMA.
